Are you ready to WIN in The Game of Life
& take control of your business or career?
Whether you’re in a leadership role or aspire to have such responsibilities, the odds are that you spend every waking hour facing the gap between how things are and how you just wish they could be. And to make matters worse, you live in a reality that is dysfunctional at best and miserable at worst.
According to the latest Gallup poll which examined worker engagement beginning in 2010 and ending in 2012, of the 100 million people in America who hold full-time jobs, 30 million “were engaged, or involved in, enthusiastic about, and committed to their workplace.” If you work in such an environment, congratulations!
Here’s the bad news. 50 million, half of the work force are “checked out” and “not engaged.” And, if that’s not bad enough, the remaining 20 million are “actively disengaged,” hate going to work and undermine their companies with their attitude!
90% of the people on the planet make less than $20,000 per year. 55% of the people in this country say they hate their jobs.
Gallup estimates that workers who are actively disengaged cost the U.S. as much as $550 billion in economic activity yearly. And that doesn't account for what it costs to have half of the workforce checked out and not engaged.
Can You Relate To This?
If you have a leadership role in a company you likely see this for yourself and all of your people but don’t know where to begin fostering change in your organization.
If you aspire to have a leadership role, you likely have no idea how to change yourself and stop the cycle.
If you don’t even see yourself having a leadership role in a company of your own, you likely don’t know why that’s the case and occasionally wish it was different.
THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM: There are a large number of reasons for these devastating statistics reported in the Gallup poll but they all revolve around the reality that the vast majority of people simply don’t know how to win at the game of life. How can you possibly win in business if you don’t know how to play at the most fundamental level?
It Doesn't Have To Be This Difficult

The Roadmap to Success Program
The Roadmap to Success Video Program is your personal Owner’s Manual that consists of a 3 DVD package containing over 3½ hours of a live program presented by me to top Executive Leaders earlier this year. The program includes instructional materials as well as specific assignments for you to do to create your ideal life and business.
In my Roadmap to Success Program, I discuss 3 things:
- What the critical components are on the game of life and business.
- Why it's so difficult to operate consistent with the way the game is set up and why maybe 3-5% do it really well.
- And what YOU can start doing immediately to become one of those 3-5%.
Do you want more customers? More sales? More profit?
Improved teamwork? More overall success?
Greater peace of mind? Happiness & joy?
Do you want to start your own business?
Do you want a better job or more income?
What about a better relationship?
Improved health and overall well being?
You can have all of these things! The first step is to just understand the principles. The next step is to implement them... The real challenge is implementing the principles correctly.
There are only a handful of principles that if you understand and implement you can indeed steer your life and business in the direction of your dreams and eliminate permanently the frustration and misery that comes with not having that happen. You simply cannot pass up the opportunity to learn these principles and receive the guidance you need to change your life and business or career!

I'm finding it difficult to express my deep sense of gratitude to you for all your work with us... Since the conclusion of the program, I have heard nothing but excitement & thanks from those who participated and it continues today! Thank-you for your straight talk, and words of advice & encouragement to me. It can be said that you are a winning coach of a winning team. It's comforting to me that the organization has a coach with a winning tradition that will be with us as we grow into the future. Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you!!!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
I have participated in so many seminars...(including The Seven Habits). None have touched me the way yours did.
My husband and I were discussing divorce the morning of your seminar and I was in a horrible state of mind entering the room.
I shared your program with two employees. My business partner told me that she has never seen anyone so excited about a program as the three of us were. One of my staff posted signs all over the office that read: Another Day in Paradise. Thanks again!
"... I had the privilege to be one of the many folks in a crowd that listened to Scott speak. I don't know if Scott realizes how he changes people's lives but I talked to him about how I've learned something about life from him every day. Scott reached out to me in what was the darkest time of my life and for that I'm eternally grateful. I don't expect him to remember me, but I will never forget him."
