I know the story. Last year's meeting was great, but man, what are we gonna do THIS year? I've got your answer. If your members are concerned about the 70 million full-time workers in the US who Gallup says are either "checked out" or "actively disengaged," which will cost companies trillions of dollars, then my presentation can help make things better.
My philosophy, which I call "Unshackled Leadership," could help your members:
- Change/improve their worldview – by learning the principles of Unshackled Leadership, an individual’s worldview is altered, immediately changing his or her perspective for the better;
- Improve team relationships – once an individual’s worldview is changed, team relationships can, and typically do, improve dramatically; and
- Improve business results – when teams are functioning at a high level, business results will also improve dramatically.
For 30 years, my company has helped people understand themselves in new ways so they can change their worldview and make things better. I guarantee your members will leave my presentation excited about themselves and the future of their organizations. Of course they will thank your association for what you’ve done for them. I hope you like getting accolades from them and your boss! Of course, you'll have to work even harder next year to top yourself, but I have the utmost confidence in your abilities.

WHAT OTHERS HAD TO SAY
On March 3rd, 2015, the entire LinkedIn Global Workplace team came from the US, England, Ireland, Singapore and Brazil to participate in an advanced communication workshop put on by

"This was the most exciting and enlightening course of the entire Conference. Scott showed us how we could smooth out the rough edges in our working relationships."
Peter V. Ralph, Controller

"...everyone felt that your seminar met it’s stated objectives and was a valuable learning experience. Probably the most telling reaction was our members enthusiastic recommendation that your program be offered to ACEC members in other locations."
Judy Adams, Executive Director
American Council of Engineering Companies
"To say your presentation on Creating an Outrageously Successful Organization was very well recieved by the attendees is to not do justice to the impact you made. Over 95% of our members reported that they found your presentation to be useful..."
Clark Mulligan, President
Laboratory Products Association
"I am writing to tell you how much our attendees enjoyed your well presented and thought-provoking presentation, “Making Work Work”. We received nothing but good reviews from all our attendees, and that is indeed rare."
Robert R. Willis, Senior Manager
The Adhesive and Sealant Council, Inc.
"The response from the participants was overwhelmingly positive and quite a few attendees went out of their way to seek me out and thank me for bringing you back. In fact, several people said that you were the main reason they come back to the convention year after year..."
Julie Gensler, Trade Show Coordinator
Pumper & Cleaner International
Three Lakes, Wisconsin
"Scott's style is engaging and high energy and his presentation has an abundance of compelling examples. I have seen many speakers on the topic over my 23 years as a TEC Chair and Scott ranks right up there with the best."
Stephen Marks, Ph.D., Chair
Burnaby, BC, Canada
"I have received nothing but rave reviews from my department heads and supervisors, even from those who were the most skeptical about the day, and that is indeed rare...You really kept our team engaged, challenged their thoughts and we walked away with a new paradigm for excellence."
